CONSELHO ESTADUAL DE SANEAMENTO<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Em aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao Art. 6\u00ba, caput, da Lei estadual n\u00ba 18.025, de 22 de maio de 2013 e no princ\u00edpio da Transpar\u00eancia P\u00fablica, a Secretaria de Estado da Infraestrutura DECLARA para os devidos fins, que o Conselho Estadual de Saneamento-CESAN, criado pela Lei n\u00ba 14.939, de 15 de setembro de 2004, passando a integrar a estrutura desta Secretaria de Estado da Infraestrutura coma a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 21.792, de 16 de fevereiro de 2023, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 funcionando no momento, estando em fase de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o nos termos constantes do Processo n\u00ba 202320920000899, ora em andamento.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
