Diante da robustez dos elementos colhidos na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foi deferida medida cautelar de busca e apreens\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da quebra telem\u00e1tica de aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos, objetivando o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No cumprimento da ordem judicial, os policiais civis lograram \u00eaxito em localizar, no computador e pen drive do investigado, arquivos contendo cenas pornogr\u00e1ficas envolvendo crian\u00e7as, armazenados na mem\u00f3ria de aplicativo no referido dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em raz\u00e3o dos elementos de prova angariados, foi formalizado o Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante do autor pela pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no artigo 241-B do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O telefone celular apreendido ser\u00e1 submetido \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial, com a finalidade de subsidiar integralmente a
