Grupo de Repress\u00e3o a Estelionato e outras Fraudes (Gref\/Deic), prendeu em flagrante delito, nesta quinta-feira (29), dois homens que tentaram abrir contas banc\u00e1rias utilizando documentos falsos de terceiros, configurando os crimes de tentativa de estelionato e de uso de documento falso (171, caput c\/c art. 14, II e 304, caput, c\/c arts. 29, caput e 71, caput (no m\u00ednimo duas vezes), todos do C\u00f3digo Penal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Apurou-se que os indiv\u00edduos vieram de S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP para Goi\u00e2nia\/GO com o objetivo de abrir v\u00e1rias contas banc\u00e1rias para retirar os valores referente aos limites do cheque especial e do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o prossegue visando identificar outros crimes e\/ou outros criminosos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da imagem dos presos foi procedida nos termos da Lei n\u00ba 13.869\/2019 e da Portaria n\u00ba 547\/2021 \u2013 PC, conforme Despacho do(a) Delegado(a) de Pol\u00edcia respons\u00e1vel pelo inqu\u00e9rito policial, de modo que a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de sua imagem possa auxiliar
