style=\"text-align: justify\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por interm\u00e9dio da Delegacia Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (DECCOR), deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira (27\/11), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Ato Falho, visando ao cumprimento de 14 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Figuram como alvos das medidas de busca e apreens\u00e3o seis pessoas f\u00edsicas, incluindo agentes p\u00fablicos do munic\u00edpio de Ipor\u00e1, e oito pessoas jur\u00eddicas, em endere\u00e7os localizados nas cidade de Goi\u00e2nia, Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, Trindade, Santo Ant\u00f4nio de Goi\u00e1s, Cezarina, Ipor\u00e1 e Palmas\/TO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam com objeto 37 procedimentos de dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o realizados pelo munic\u00edpio de Ipor\u00e1\/GO no ano de 2021, que culminaram na celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos contratos na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade com quatro pessoas jur\u00eddicas distintas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o valor dos empenhos realizados \u00e0s quatro empresas e o sobrepre\u00e7o identificado, o
