{"id":17486,"date":"2016-08-10T19:38:25","date_gmt":"2016-08-10T22:38:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ssp.go.gov.br\/?p=17486"},"modified":"2016-08-10T19:38:25","modified_gmt":"2016-08-10T22:38:25","slug":"o-que-e-a-ouvidoria-e-para-que-ela-serve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/seguranca\/o-que-e-a-ouvidoria-e-para-que-ela-serve\/","title":{"rendered":"O que \u00e9 a Ouvidoria e para que ela serve?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A <strong>Ouvidoria Setorial da SSP<\/strong> \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o da Secretaria de Estado da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica que tem como atribui\u00e7\u00f5es ouvir, encaminhar e acompanhar elogios, sugest\u00f5es, informa\u00e7\u00f5es, solitcita\u00e7\u00f5es, reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, den\u00fancias, requerimentos da Lei da Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o feitas pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o policial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A <strong>Ouvidoria Setorial da SSP<\/strong> n\u00e3o investiga as den\u00fancias e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas, mas as encaminha para as Corregedorias e acompanha a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalhando para que ela seja rigorosa e imparcial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>O que denunciar ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As pessoas podem procurar a <strong>Ouvidoria Setorial da SSP <\/strong>sempre que a pol\u00edcia for eficiente e\/ou n\u00e3o eficiente, se for v\u00edtima e\/ou tiver conhecimento de atos ilegais praticados por servidores da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica ou policiais. Portanto, se voc\u00ea for v\u00edtima de m\u00e1 atua\u00e7\u00e3o policial ou souber de crimes ou abusos praticados por policiais, denuncie \u00e0 <strong>Ouvidoria Setorial<\/strong>\u00a0da Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>S\u00e3o exemplos de a\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de policiais:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 N\u00e3o tratar corretamente as pessoas nas delegacias ou quando s\u00e3o chamados a atender uma ocorr\u00eancia;<br \/>\n\u2022 Maltratar, ofender ou humilhar as pessoas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Policial tamb\u00e9m pode procurar a Ouvidoria ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Policiais tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam direitos !<br \/>\nQuando sofrem viol\u00eancia nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, os policiais tamb\u00e9m podem \u2013 e devem \u2013 procurar a Ouvidoria.<br \/>\nA Ouvidoria tamb\u00e9m existe para proteger os policiais respeitadores da Lei e que trabalham por uma pol\u00edcia melhor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>E o sigilo ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>N\u00e3o tenha medo de denunciar.
