{"id":16591,"date":"2016-06-23T08:03:11","date_gmt":"2016-06-23T11:03:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ssp.go.gov.br\/?p=16591"},"modified":"2016-06-23T08:03:11","modified_gmt":"2016-06-23T11:03:11","slug":"extrato-de-apostila-ao-contrato-no-1232014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/seguranca\/extrato-de-apostila-ao-contrato-no-1232014\/","title":{"rendered":"EXTRATO DE APOSTILA AO CONTRATO N\u00ba 123\/2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>EXTRATO DE APOSTILA AO CONTRATO N\u00ba 123\/2014<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">O Secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es conferidas pelo Decreto n\u00ba 8.060, de 18 de dezembro de 2013, nos termos do \u00a7 8\u00ba, do artigo 65 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93 c\/c a Lei Estadual n\u00ba 17.928\/12 e tendo em vista o que consta dos autos do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 201400016001358, notadamente o consignado no Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 079\/2016-SGPF (fls. 477\/478), na Requisi\u00e7\u00e3o de Despesa n\u00ba 007\/2015-GRAER (fl. 460) e no Despacho n\u00ba 884\/2016-GEOF (fl. 488), <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\"><u>DETERMINA<\/u><\/strong><u style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">:<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">O suplemento de indica\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e a consequente emiss\u00e3o de Nota de Empenho complementar<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">, na import\u00e2ncia de <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">R$ 18.000,00 <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">(dezoito mil reais), <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">para o fim espec\u00edfico de suportar varia\u00e7\u00e3o cambial<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\"> oriunda dos compromissos ajustados no <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">Contrato 123\/2014<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;line-height: 1.5\">, cujo objeto \u00e9 a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de 15 (quinze) fuzis t\u00e1ticos calibre 7.62.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O suplemento em apre\u00e7o destina-se ao pagamento de <strong>US$ 4,155 (quatro mil, cento e cinquenta e cinco d\u00f3lares estadunidenses)<\/strong>.
