O subprocurador-geral do Contencioso, Alexandre F\u00e9lix Gross, representou a PGE-GO na abertura da 3\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Congresso Internacional de Precedentes, nesta quinta-feira (12), no Plen\u00e1rio do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Especial do TJGO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gratuito e aberto ao p\u00fablico, o evento re\u00fane juristas brasileiros e estrangeiros com o objetivo de aprofundar o debate sobre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e os desafios dos precedentes judiciais no Brasil e no Direito Comparado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promovido com o apoio da Rede Internacional de Pesquisa Nexus Scientia, da Escola Judicial (Ejug) e do N\u00facleo de Gerenciamento de Precedentes e de A\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas (Nugepnac) do TJGO, em parceria com a Faculdade Aut\u00f4noma de Direito (Fadisp), o Congresso segue at\u00e9 esta sexta-feira (13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A iniciativa busca fomentar a racionalidade e a efici\u00eancia processual no sistema de justi\u00e7a contempor\u00e2neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
