A 6ª Câmara Cível do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás, TJGO, reafirmou a jurisprudência do Supremo Tribunal Federal, STF, e julgou constitucional o corte na soma de remunerações de servidor, mesmo que de distintos vínculos, a fim de adequá-las ao teto remuneratório.<\/span><\/p>\n

A decisão foi no MS 2405-27.2016.8.09.0000, publicada essa semana. Atuou nesse caso o Procurador do Estado Weiler Jorge Cintra Júnior<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
