Temos a expectativa de que essa experi\u00eancia seja enriquecedora tanto para o fortalecimento das atividades da institui\u00e7\u00e3o quanto para o desenvolvimento profissional de cada um deles\u201d, destaca Helena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o gerente de Gest\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas, Marcelo Henrique dos Santos, tamb\u00e9m orientou os novos estagi\u00e1rios sobre procedimentos administrativos, abordando temas como controle de frequ\u00eancia, justificativas de aus\u00eancia, abonos e banco de horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
