procurador Lu\u00eds Romeu Tavares conduziu nesta quarta-feira (20\/5), no audit\u00f3rio da PGE, o 10\u00ba encontro do Programa de Estudos Dirigidos, com o tema \u201cGest\u00e3o eficiente do passivo judicial: estrat\u00e9gias de mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos processuais (multas, per\u00edcias e honor\u00e1rios) e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento de senten\u00e7a pela Fazenda P\u00fablica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando uma decis\u00e3o judicial condena o Estado ao pagamento de valores, \u00e9 na fase de cumprimento de senten\u00e7a que se define, de forma concreta, o impacto financeiro para os cofres p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o procurador, uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica da PGE nesse momento \u00e9 fundamental para garantir maior efici\u00eancia na defesa do interesse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuando a PGE atua nessa fase com estrat\u00e9gia institucional, e n\u00e3o apenas reagindo caso a caso, o resultado \u00e9 t\u00e9cnica jur\u00eddica convertida em prote\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva do dinheiro p\u00fablico\u201d, ressaltou Lu\u00eds Romeu Tavares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O 11\u00ba encontro ser\u00e1 na pr\u00f3xima quarta-feira (27\/5), \u00e0s 9 horas, com o tema \u201cO papel do Procurador do Estado na formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d, conduzido pelo procurador Cleuler Barbosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
