A Procuradoria-Geral do Estado de Goi\u00e1s (PGE-GO) esteve nesta quinta-feira (12\/3) na sede da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Pr\u00f3-Desenvolvimento Industrial do Estado de Goi\u00e1s (Adial) para apresentar mecanismos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o da litigiosidade tribut\u00e1ria em temas de interesse do setor empresarial goiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da entidade, Edwal Portilho, recebeu o procurador-geral do Estado, Rafael Arruda, o subprocurador-geral Alexandre Gross e o procurador-chefe da Procuradoria Tribut\u00e1ria, Raimundo Diniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Adial re\u00fane mais de 100 ind\u00fastrias que exercem impacto relevante no PIB industrial de Goi\u00e1s. Nesse contexto, o procurador-geral destacou a import\u00e2ncia de dialogar com entidades representativas do setor produtivo sobre alternativas propostas pela PGE que dispensam a judicializa\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzem a litigiosidade e priorizam solu\u00e7\u00f5es consensuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da Adial parabenizou a PGE pela iniciativa e ressaltou que as medidas representam um importante aliado para o setor industrial, ao oferecer condi\u00e7\u00f5es que contribuem para um ambiente de neg\u00f3cios mais favor\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
