Com \u00e1rea Possui \u00e1rea total de lote 3000 m\u00b2, (registrado no 1\u00ba Tabelionatos de Notas de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, matriculado 194.696)., mediante Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico n\u00ba 42\/2024, referente ao processo de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 109200 e processo SEI n\u00ba 202400005033310, quando o agente de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e os membros da equipe de apoio, indicados pela Portaria de Designa\u00e7\u00e3o de Fun\u00e7\u00f5es, se reuniram em atendimento \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no instrumento convocat\u00f3rio, juntamente com os licitantes, e chegaram ao seguinte resultado:<\/p>\n

Foi divulgado o resultado da sess\u00e3o p\u00fablica com o licitante melhor classificado, o qual foi declarado vencedor no respectivo lote, bem como foi concedido prazo recursal conforme preconiza a lei. Encerradas as fases de julgamento, de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e recursal, decido\u00a0ADJUDICAR\u00a0<\/strong>o objeto ao vencedor citado acima e\u00a0HOMOLOGAR\u00a0<\/strong>o presente certame, nos termos do art. 71, inciso IV da\u00a0Lei federal n\u00ba 14.133, de 01 de abril de 2021\u00a0e art. 50 do\u00a0Decreto estadual n\u00ba 10.247, de 30 de Mar\u00e7o de 2023.<\/p>\n
