A Pol\u00edcia Militar do Estado de Goi\u00e1s promover\u00e1, no pr\u00f3ximo dia 14 de mar\u00e7o de 2026 (s\u00e1bado), o 2\u00ba Aul\u00e3o de Defesa Pessoal \u2013 M\u00eas da Mulher, uma iniciativa voltada \u00e0 conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento da seguran\u00e7a pessoal.<\/p>\n
O evento tem como objetivo compartilhar t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de defesa pessoal, estimular a autoconfian\u00e7a e promover orienta\u00e7\u00f5es importantes sobre preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 viol\u00eancia. A atividade \u00e9 aberta ao p\u00fablico e destinada especialmente \u00e0s mulheres, podendo contar tamb\u00e9m com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de familiares.<\/p>\n
