A v\u00edtima de viol\u00eancia j\u00e1 havia efetuado registro informando que sofreu amea\u00e7as e agress\u00f5es por seu ex-companheiro e que, em maio de 2021, o investigado pulou o muro de sua resid\u00eancia para invadi-la sem permiss\u00e3o. Na ocasi\u00e3o, informou que seu ex-companheiro a agrediu por meio de esganadura e empurr\u00f5es e que tinha sua vida constantemente amea\u00e7ada pelo investigado.
