Sua motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo ele pr\u00f3prio, foi ci\u00fames: no dia do crime, ele foi\u00a0 \u00e0 casa de sua namorada e a encontrou bebendo cerveja com outro homem. Ap\u00f3s discuss\u00e3o, o autor teria se aproveitado de um momento de distra\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima, desferindo facadas em suas costas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O mandado de pris\u00e3o foi expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil comprovarem que o preso teria sido o respons\u00e1vel pela morte da v\u00edtima.
