Diante disto, foi representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do homem, bem como busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua resid\u00eancia. Os pedidos foram deferidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os policiais se deslocaram at\u00e9 o Assentamento Oziel, localizado a aproximadamente 45km da cidade de Doverl\u00e2ndia, onde realizou o cumprimento de mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor do investigado. A mulher tinha o costume de ficar com o investigado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesmo estando com este outro homem, a garota foi alvo das investidas do investigado, recusando-o. Enciumado, o suspeito sacou uma arma de fogo e efetuou disparos contra a mulher e seu parceiro.
