A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia Especializada no Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (DEAM) de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, encerrou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 tentativa de feminic\u00eddio ocorrida no \u00faltimo dia 24 de agosto de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima, uma mulher de 31 anos, foi atropelada pelo seu ex-companheiro, 20 anos. No curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram ouvidas testemunhas que presenciaram a mulher recebendo mensagens de amea\u00e7a enviadas pelo autor, que n\u00e3o aceitava a decis\u00e3o da v\u00edtima em terminar o relacionamento, bem como o comportamento do agente momentos antes da tentativa de feminic\u00eddio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Foram juntados ao procedimento investigat\u00f3rio tr\u00eas v\u00eddeos que explicam como tudo aconteceu. O primeiro, do local de trabalho, mostra a conduta praticada pelo autor, que constrange e intimida a v\u00edtima. Os outros dois v\u00eddeos mostram \u00e2ngulos distintos do atropelamento em si.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A autoridade policial tomou conhecimento de um hist\u00f3rico de agress\u00f5es anteriores relacionadas ao autor do crime, praticadas no Estado do Tocantins e que, inclusive, resultaram em uma medida protetiva.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por meio de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi poss\u00edvel localizar mensagens de texto e \u00e1udio, enviadas pelo autor, dias antes do fato, de cunho amea\u00e7ador e direcionadas \u00e0 v\u00edtima. Nelas \u00e9 poss\u00edvel deduzir a inten\u00e7\u00e3o homicida do investigado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assim, diante de todos os elementos angariados, o investigado foi indiciado pelos crimes de\u00a0 tentativa de feminic\u00eddio, inj\u00faria, amea\u00e7a e viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica contra a mulher, todos praticados no contexto da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, dado a ocorr\u00eancia de agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas, morais e psicol\u00f3gicas dentro da rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00edntima de afeto.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
