A v\u00edtima, induzida e mantida em erro, lhe entregou o aparelho, estimado em R$ 1.500,00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o do autor dos fatos, foi poss\u00edvel colher elementos probat\u00f3rios da autoria do crime por sua parte.
