Na oportunidade, foram presos cinco investigados pelo homic\u00eddio do jardineiro Jos\u00e9 Rodrigues Frois Neto, ocorrido em 14 de fevereiro de 2009, no Setor Balne\u00e1rio Meia Ponte, em Goi\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A princ\u00edpio, o crime foi tipificado como latroc\u00ednio, uma vez que, para desviar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos investigadores, o carro da v\u00edtima foi levado pelos autores. V\u00edtima e investigados trabalhavam no Cemit\u00e9rio Jardim das Palmeiras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o crime teve por motiva\u00e7\u00e3o algumas d\u00edvidas contra\u00eddas pela v\u00edtima com os investigados.
