A medida cautelar foi decretada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Comarca de Rubiataba e cumprida na mesma cidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O preso \u00e9 investigado pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o de um roubo circunstanciado ocorrido na zona rural daquele munic\u00edpio, quando o propriet\u00e1rio com 84 anos de idade foi amarrado e, juntamente com o casal de vaqueiros da fazenda, mantido sob mira de armas de fogo.\u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o, os autores conseguiram fechar somente parte do gado, subtraindo 19 cabe\u00e7as. A v\u00edtima teve um preju\u00edzo de aproximadamente de R$ 100 mil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem no sentido de identificar poss\u00edveis coautores, bem como esclarecer outras circunst\u00e2ncias do crime.
