A pris\u00e3o ocorrida ontem se deu em cumprimento de mandado judicial de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Comarca de Mara Rosa. O preso, que cumpria pena pelo crime de homic\u00eddio consumado, fugiu quando estava no regime semiaberto.
