Os policiais civis foram comunicados pela escrevente do Cart\u00f3rio de Auril\u00e2ndia de que uma pessoa, junto com seu advogado, forneceu procura\u00e7\u00f5es com assinaturas falsificadas com o intuito de vender uma fazenda de aproximadamente R$ 10 milh\u00f5es. Ap\u00f3s a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos os indiv\u00edduos, foi dada voz de pris\u00e3o para a pessoa suspeita.
