O homem \u00e9 investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de crimes envolvendo pornografia infantil pela rede mundial de computadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciaram ap\u00f3s a m\u00e3e de uma crian\u00e7a de 11 anos procurar a Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam) de Goian\u00e9sia e noticiar que um homem, at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o identificado, estaria aliciando\/assediando sua filha pela rede social Instagram. Ap\u00f3s trabalho de intelig\u00eancia, a Pol\u00edcia Civil descobriu a identidade do homem e representou pela busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia dele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No decorrer do cumprimento do mandado de busca, os policiais civis encontraram armazenados, nos diversos aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos (smartphones e computadores) do investigado, imagens e v\u00eddeos pornogr\u00e1ficos envolvendo crian\u00e7as\/adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assim sendo, o homem foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Ceres, onde foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de vender ou expor \u00e0 venda fotografia, v\u00eddeo ou outro registro que contenha cena de sexo expl\u00edcito ou pornogr\u00e1fica envolvendo crian\u00e7a ou adolescente, previsto no Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA).
