R. J. S. pela pr\u00e1tica do ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de latroc\u00ednio, que teve como v\u00edtima Luan de Ara\u00fajo Barbosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No dia 10 de novembro \u00faltimo, Luan saiu de sua resid\u00eancia com o intuito de ca\u00e7ar jacar\u00e9s e desapareceu. Seu corpo foi encontrado no dia 16 de novembro, no Rio Meia Ponte, apresentando duas perfura\u00e7\u00f5es na cabe\u00e7a compat\u00edveis com disparos de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es comprovaram que o adolescente e a v\u00edtima sa\u00edram para ca\u00e7ar juntos e, em determinado momento, o adolescente atirou em Luan e nos animais para subtrair a espingarda e outros pertences da v\u00edtima, como o aparelho celular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delegado respons\u00e1vel: Elton Fonseca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Delegacia Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de Homic\u00eddios (DIH) efetuou, nesta sexta-feira (20), a apreens\u00e3o do adolescente E.
