B. G., de 64 anos, por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o dolosa. A v\u00edtima procurou a delegacia local para relatar que teve alguns objetos subtra\u00eddos de sua resid\u00eancia no m\u00eas de agosto deste ano. Dentre tais objetos, uma motosserra Stihl, modelo MS 660, que estaria em poder do autor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em seguida, os policiais civis deslocaram-se at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia do suspeito, onde encontraram e apreenderam a motossera. Na delegacia, o autor afirmou ter adquirido a motosserra de um terceiro pela quantia de R$ 1 mil, mas que n\u00e3o lhe foi apresentada nota fiscal.
