L. G. M., 23 anos de idade, pelo crime de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em dilig\u00eancias realizadas pelo grupo especializado em raz\u00e3o de furtos e roubos de ve\u00edculos na regi\u00e3o, a equipe policial tomou conhecimento de que uma motocicleta roubada estaria circulando em Itumbiara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s localizarem o ve\u00edculo, o condutor foi abordado e a motocicleta, apreendida. Conduzido at\u00e9 delegacia, foi poss\u00edvel constatar que as pe\u00e7as da motocicleta roubada no dia 30 de agosto \u00faltimo, em Itumbiara, foram retiradas e colocadas no ve\u00edculo do investigado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assim, foi lavrado auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante, sendo que o investigado responder\u00e1 por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, cuja pena, em tese, \u00e9 de at\u00e9 4 anos de reclus\u00e3o.
