Em dilig\u00eancias policiais realizadas pelo Grupo Especializado, em raz\u00e3o de furtos e roubos de ve\u00edculos na regi\u00e3o, a equipe tomou conhecimento de que um Toyota Corolla roubado estaria circulando em Itumbiara.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s localizarem o autom\u00f3vel, o condutor foi abordado e apresentou documentos falsos. Conduzido at\u00e9 a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia, foi poss\u00edvel constatar que o ve\u00edculo foi roubado em Uberl\u00e2ndia em fevereiro deste ano. Os sinais de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo estariam adulterados, sendo um carro clonado.<\/p>\n

Assim, ap\u00f3s lavratura do auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante, o investigado foi recolhido ao Pres\u00eddio Regional e responder\u00e1 por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, cuja pena, em tese, \u00e9 de at\u00e9 quatro anos de reclus\u00e3o; adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal de ve\u00edculo automotor, com pena de at\u00e9 seis anos de reclus\u00e3o e uso de documento falso, pena de at\u00e9 seis anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
