Foi instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial mediante portaria e requeridas as medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nM. T. O. A., mesmo ciente das medidas protetivas impostas, as descumpriu.
