Foi dado cumprimento ao mandado de busca na sede da entidade denominada &#8220;Guarda Nacional de Defesa Ambiental&#8221;, situada no centro de Cidade Ocidental, leste do estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi preso em flagrante Augusto Jose Esteves, que se intitulava &#8220;comandante&#8221; da referida institui\u00e7\u00e3o. A pris\u00e3o decorre da pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de estelionato, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de selo ou sinal p\u00fablico, falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, usurpa\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, uso indevido de uniforme, distintivo ou ins\u00edgnia militar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil apurou que os integrantes do mencionado \u00f3rg\u00e3o usavam uniformes camuflados, ostentavam bras\u00f5es e documentos pessoais a fim de se passarem por integrantes de \u00f3rg\u00e3os policiais. Os membros da institui\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m apreendiam animais, mesmo sem legitimidade para tanto.
