F. S., de 44 anos, pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de posse de arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00f5es de uso permitido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, foi enviada ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio representa\u00e7\u00e3o por mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia de U. F. S., o qual foi deferido. Durante o cumprimento do mandado, foram localizadas na resid\u00eancia do investigado duas espingardas, calibres 22 e 36, al\u00e9m de muni\u00e7\u00f5es e uma m\u00e1quina de recarregar cartuchos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante do fato, U. F. S. foi encaminhado \u00e0 delegacia para lavratura de auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante.
