\"\"Policiais civis de Ceres prenderam preventivamente, na ter\u00e7a-feira (26), Otavio Maciel de Morais Gomes pela pr\u00e1tica de furto qualificado.<\/p>\n

No dia 15 de mar\u00e7o, os policiais foram informados sobre um furto a resid\u00eancia, ocorrido no Setor Vila Verde, em Ceres. De imediato, realizaram dilig\u00eancias e identificaram Ot\u00e1vio e o menor infrator H. S. C. como suspeitos do crime. Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, um dos objetos furtados foi recuperado na resid\u00eancia do menor.<\/p>\n

Foi representada pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, que foi decretada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O investigado foi recolhido na Unidade Prisional de Ceres, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Ot\u00e1vio Maciel j\u00e1 tem passagens por roubo, posse irregular de arma de fogo, desacato e desobedi\u00eancia. O menor H. S. C. possui passagens por ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de roubo e em seu desfavor foi lavrado um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia circunstanciado (BOC), encaminhado ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
