As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es se iniciaram a partir de den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima, a qual noticiava que os investigados estariam portando armas de fogo pela cidade, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o legal, al\u00e9m de possuir em suas resid\u00eancias outras armas ilegais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imediatamente, os investigadores da Delegacia de Inhumas realizaram dilig\u00eancias preliminares, as quais atestaram que as dela\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas eram procedentes. Ficou constatado ainda que alguns dos investigados tamb\u00e9m praticam a ca\u00e7a ilegal de animais silvestres. Ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Comarca de Ara\u00e7u, foram realizadas buscas e apreens\u00f5es nas resid\u00eancias dos investigados, que resultaram na apreens\u00e3o de 11 armas de fogo, al\u00e9m de diversas muni\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1rios calibres.
