A. R., 24 anos, por posse ilegal de arma de fogo na quinta-feira (06).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias recebidas pela equipe do Gepatri de que o investigado mantinha diversas armas em seu poder, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar, que foi deferida pela Ju\u00edza Criminal de Cachoeira Dourada ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da mesma Comarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Gepatri apreendeu, em posse do investigado, armas longas nos calibres 22 e 28, al\u00e9m de duas muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas no calibre 28. Lavrou-se auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante por posse de armas, cuja pena \u00e9 de at\u00e9 3 anos de reclus\u00e3o.
