Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o agressor esperava a m\u00e3e da garota sair para trabalhar e, ent\u00e3o, cometia os abusos. “Os estupros ocorreram em 2012, mas t\u00e3o logo chegaram ao conhecimento da Pol\u00edcia Civil, iniciamos dilig\u00eancias para esclarecer o caso. Assim, com os elementos levantados foi feita a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, que acabou deferida pelo juiz ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico”, explicou Schinelli.
