Ele foi capturado ap\u00f3s ter sido flagrado em posse de objetos que haviam sido subtra\u00eddos mediante grave amea\u00e7a de duas v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Logo ap\u00f3s serem informados da ocorr\u00eancia dos crimes, os investigadores iniciaram diversas dilig\u00eancias no sentido de prender o autor. A a\u00e7\u00e3o policial foi conclu\u00edda com a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos pertences das v\u00edtimas, bem como a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do investigado. Ele j\u00e1 \u00e9 conhecido no meio policial em raz\u00e3o das passagens por roubo, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e dano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rafael foi preso e posteriormente solto pela Justi\u00e7a no in\u00edcio do m\u00eas, mas insistiu na pr\u00e1tica de crimes.
