A pris\u00e3o foi decretada em virtude de Magno ser o principal suspeito de matar Luzia de F\u00e1tima, 58 anos. O fato ocorreu em 03 de novembro do ano passado, no Jardim Tropical.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A v\u00edtima foi alvejada com tr\u00eas disparos de arma de fogo, efetuados com um rev\u00f3lver de calibre 38. O autor foi preso e, inicialmente, negou qualquer envolvimento com o crime, Entretanto, confrontado com as provas j\u00e1 apuradas, confessou. Magno alegou que Luzia era agiota e o estava pressionando para receber uma d\u00edvida, chegando a amea\u00e7\u00e1-lo.
