\"\"A Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Novo Gama cumpriu, nesta quinta-feira (08), mandado de pris\u00e3o expedido em desfavor de N.S.N (38 anos), investigado e indiciado em inqu\u00e9rito policial pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o indiciado vinha abusando da enteada A.V.M.M (9 anos) desde que esta tinha 06 anos de idade, chegando inclusive a praticar sexo anal com a v\u00edtima em mais de uma oportunidade. Em fevereiro deste ano, a v\u00edtima denunciou N.S.N, apesar das amea\u00e7as por ele deferidas com intuito de coibir a menor\u00a0 de contar sobre os abusos sofridos.<\/p>\n

Diante disso, o delegado Bruno Van Kuyk instaurou inqu\u00e9rito policial para apurar os fatos e, ap\u00f3s as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es,representou pela pris\u00e3o do indiciado, sendo o pedido atendido pelo poder judici\u00e1rio de Novo Gama.
