Ele \u00e9 investigado sob suspeita de ter praticado o homic\u00eddio de sua ex-companheira, Jenniffer Aparecida Coelho da Silva em setembro de 2015, no Parque N\u00e1poles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inicialmente, o caso era tratado como suic\u00eddio. Francisco teria chegado \u00e0 casa de Jeniffer e alegou t\u00ea-la encontrado pendurada em uma corda. No decorrer das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise das provas periciais, constatou-se que a v\u00edtima fora agredida momentos antes de sua morte, pois o laudo descreveu les\u00f5es em sua mand\u00edbula e m\u00e3os. Tamb\u00e9m constatou-se a exist\u00eancia de diversos hematomas espalhadas pelo corpo. Durante as oitivas, foram notadas contradi\u00e7\u00f5es no depoimento de Francisco, se posto em confronto com aqueles prestados pelas demais testemunhas do caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em decorr\u00eancia do que fora apurado, Francisco teve sua pris\u00e3o preventiva decretada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
