De acordo com o delegado Arthur Curado Fleury, no dia 25 de junho deste ano, ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o, Jose \u00c2ngelo efetuou dois disparos acertando um na m\u00e3o vitima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s qualificarem o suspeito, os investigadores confirmaram que existiam dois mandados de pris\u00e3o contra ele, ambos oriundos de Bras\u00edlia, pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de homic\u00eddio. Em seguida, com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar, os policiais civis foram \u00e0 resid\u00eancia do suspeito, onde ele foi preso.
