A ordem judicial \u00e9 relativa ao fato de ele ser investigado por crime de tr\u00e1fico e com\u00e9rcio ilegal de drogas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em maio, policiais civis se dirigiram a uma resid\u00eancia no Setor S\u00e3o Francisco de Assis, em Morrinhos, e apreenderam cerca de um quilo e meio de maconha. A droga seria comercializada por J\u00falio C\u00e9zar e sua esposa. Momentos antes da opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial montada para prend\u00ea-lo, o suspeito empreendeu fuga. Apurou-se ainda que havia contra J\u00falio C\u00e9zar um mandado de pris\u00e3o por crime de tentativa de roubo qualificado.
