Os investigadores passavam pelo Bairro Jardim das Am\u00e9ricas 2 quando avistaram Leonardo Dias dos Santos. Tendo em vista proceder a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de seu poss\u00edvel envolvimento em dois homic\u00eddios investigados pelo grupo especializado, ele foi conduzido at\u00e9 a sede da unidade da Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a abordagem, o indiv\u00edduo apresentou documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o no qual afirmava ser denominado Wilen do Para\u00edso Souza. Os policiais suspeitaram da autenticidade do documento, uma vez que seu pretenso propriet\u00e1rio n\u00e3o soube declarar dados que constavam no pr\u00f3prio instrumento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Levado at\u00e9 a sede do GIH, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o civil do indiv\u00edduo foi feita pela papiloscopista policial lotada na unidade especializada, a qual verificou se tratar, na verdade, de Leonardo. Diante dos fatos, foi lavrado termo circunstanciado de ocorr\u00eancia contra o autor pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de falsa identidade, previsto no Artigo 307 do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro.
