De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o\u00a0fals\u00e1rio se utilizava de uma procura\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de um propriet\u00e1rio de um terreno situado no Setor Bandeirantes, bairro nobre da cidade, documento este\u00a0que lhe dava plenos poderes sobre o im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carteane foi preso no exato instante em que se encontrava no Cart\u00f3rio de Registro de Im\u00f3veis, local onde pretendida lavrar uma escritura transferindo a propriedade do terreno para um comprador. Foi apurado que a procura\u00e7\u00e3o foi confeccionada num cart\u00f3rio na cidade de Orizona-GO, local onde o propriet\u00e1rio do terreno, H. J. O.M, de 45 anos, jamais esteve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a pris\u00e3o do fals\u00e1rio, a Pol\u00edcia Civil evitou um preju\u00edzo no montante de R$ 260 mil.
