Ele foi investigado e indiciado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil por estupro e coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo, crimes estes cometidos contra sua ex-noiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a v\u00edtima solicitou medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia, as quais foram deferidas em seu favor, tendo o autor as descumprido ao pular o muro da casa dela.\u00a0A delegada \u00cdsis Leal, respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva de E.V.M..
