Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Homic\u00eddios (GIH) de Luzi\u00e2nia, cumpriram, no dia 6 de janeiro, mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor de E.V, de 45 anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, no dia 13 de outubro de 2015, o homem agrediu fisicamente sua m\u00e3e, uma senhora de 68 anos, ocasi\u00e3o em que tamb\u00e9m a injuriou, proferindo palavras de baixo cal\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em virtude dos crimes terem sido praticados em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram conclu\u00eddas pela Deam, tendo o Poder Judici\u00e1rio decretado a pris\u00e3o do agressor, visando coibir novas investidas contra a
