De acordo com o delegado Eli Jos\u00e9 de Oliveira, essa \u00e9 a terceira vez que Pedro Paulo \u00e9 autuado por tr\u00e1fico de drogas na 4\u00aa DDP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com o preso, os investigadores apreenderam 48 (quarenta e oito) &#8220;doletas&#8221; de coca\u00edna, devidamente embaladas para serem negociadas. O homem que comprou o entorpecente tamb\u00e9m foi levado \u00e0 Delegacia e acabou liberado ap\u00f3s assinar um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) pelo delito de posse de drogas para uso pr\u00f3prio, previsto no artigo 28 da Lei 11.343\/06.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O delegado comentou que Pedro Paulo estava usando um ve\u00edculo locado para traficar. &#8220;Ele sabia que se fosse preso utilizando o pr\u00f3prio carro para traficar, o autom\u00f3vel ficaria apreendido.
