Na ocasi\u00e3o, foi preso em flagrante Pedro Leandro Silvestre, de 37 anos. A ocorr\u00eancia teve in\u00edcio por conta de uma den\u00fancia sobre viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, j\u00e1 que Pedro estaria agredindo a v\u00edtima M.L.. Ap\u00f3s tomar conhecimento dos fatos, os policiais civis empreenderam dilig\u00eancias para efetuar a pris\u00e3o de Pedro. Na resid\u00eancia do casal, foram encontradas as armas, muni\u00e7\u00f5es e insumos.
