Geraldo havia sido preso em flagrante por crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel no ano de 2011 e, apesar de solto durante a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual, deixou de comparecer em ju\u00edzo, raz\u00e3o pela qual foi expedido mandado de pris\u00e3o em seu desfavor.
