Ele estava foragido no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Luiz do Norte, onde se dedicava ao cultivo de abacaxi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sua pris\u00e3o em flagrante se deu pelo fato de ele manter sob sua posse ilegal arma de fogo, crime punido nos termos do Artigo 12 do Estatuto do Desarmamento.
