Carlos Jos\u00e9 Alves da Silva agrediu a v\u00edtima a coronhadas de um rev\u00f3lver calibre 38.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o tempo no qual manteve a v\u00edtima sob seu dom\u00ednio, o autor teria afirmado n\u00e3o temer ningu\u00e9m, \u201cmuito menos da lei\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contra Carlos foram cumpridos mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva e busca e apreens\u00e3o.
