Al\u00e9m do crime de Homic\u00eddio Qualificado (Artigo 121, Par\u00e1grafo 2\u00ba do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro), Osmar vai responder por Uso de Documento Falso (Artigo 304 do CPB).
